Luxury Chairs for sale reserves the right to set the terms of all shipments on a per-order basis. Luxury Chairs for sale will ship all deliveries insured on the carrier of its choosing unless agreed otherwise in writing. Luxury Chairs for sale expects total customer satisfaction. If within THREE days you are not satisfied with your purchase, Luxury Chairs for sale will accept your return NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

The costs of shipping all returns will be the sole responsibility of the customer and, in the event of a return, actual shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund. All returns must be packaged exactly in the manner in which they were received and must be shipped with insurance. A 20 percent restocking fee (based on the price of the item minus shipping to the customer) will be charged to the customer for returns not related to the receipt of damaged items.

Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and the customer.

If a product arrives damaged to the customer, Luxury Chairs for sale may, at its sole discretion, replace the item, provide replacement parts, (in rare cases, replacement parts may take up to 10 weeks to arrive if they are not in stock), or refund all or a portion of the price of the item to the customer. A standard manufacturer’s limited warranty applies to all items sold by Luxury Chairs for sale, unless otherwise stated on the website. If the product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the freight carrier, the customer must inform the carrier of the damage AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Furthermore, Luxury Chairs for sale expects that all packages delivered will be opened and inspected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, so that hidden damage (damage not identifiable by inspecting the outside of the package container) can be shown to the carrier.

Any products that are custom-made (typically cabinetry and pedicure units) may not be returned and are non-refundable through Salon and Beauty Source, Inc. (d/b/a Salon Smart). Please call us if you are not sure whether your products are custom-made. All pedicure spa warranties and return policies are governed solely by the manufacturer.
